These General Terms and Conditions regulate the commercial relationship between Coformación® Compliance SL and the user who contracts the issuance of the training certificate through this website.
1. Nature of the Service
Coformación® provides the public with the course's educational material free of charge and openly. The paid service consists of the issuance and delivery of the accrediting certificate of the course.
Delivery is carried out in digital format (PDF) immediately via direct download. This is non-regulated training, and it is the user's responsibility to verify that the course meets their employment needs.
2. Contracting Process
To obtain the certificate, the user must follow these steps:
- Free access to the study material and syllabus provided.
- Completion and passing of the multiple-choice evaluation test.
- Completion of personal details.
- Payment of the issuance fees.
- Immediate download of the certificate in PDF format.
3. Prices and Taxes
The price of the certification service is 18.00€ (except for specific offers indicated on the website). This price is final and includes the Value Added Tax (VAT) currently in force in Spain.
4. Payment Methods
Payment is made by credit/debit card, Bizum (RedSys), or Bank Transfer (CaixaBank), under industry-standard encryption and security systems.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the user has a period of 14 calendar days from the purchase to request a refund without the need for justification.
Effect of the refund: If the refund is processed, the issued certificate and card will be automatically invalidated in the Coformación® registry. The user assumes full legal responsibility in the event of using or displaying a canceled certificate before health inspections or companies.

6. Validity and Duration
Coformación® certificates do not legally expire. However, to guarantee adaptation to the current regulations, training renewal is recommended every 4 years.
7. Limitation of Liability
Coformación® keeps the content updated to current regulations but is not responsible for the consequences derived from the negligent use of the acquired knowledge or the use of non-renewed certificates after legislative changes subsequent to their issuance.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any litigation, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
